These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Flash Services AI ("we", "us", "our", accessible at flashservicesai.online).

By accessing the website, signing in via Google authentication, purchasing an Energy membership, or initiating any AI service run, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must promptly cease using our platform.

Flash Services AI provides specialized, automated productivity workflows powered by artificial intelligence. These services include, but are not limited to:

• Job Scout: Multi-board job opportunity discovery matching resume skills to open career listings across LinkedIn, Indeed, Wuzzuf, Glassdoor, and other boards with downloadable PDF reports.
• Docs, Drafted: Transforming project notes, codebases, and GitHub repository files into structured technical documentation.
• Slides, Sorted: Generating presentation slide decks (.pptx) with AI visual and outline planning.
• Video, Digested: Summarizing video transcripts and YouTube links into chapter breakdowns and key takeaways.
• Resume & Career Tools: Resume Rebuilt, ATS Check, and Job Fit for formatting, evaluating, and tailoring career resumes.
• Productivity & Learning Tools: Voice Cast (Text-to-Speech audio), Easy Peasy (text simplification), and Quiz Maker (custom quizzes).
• Flashy Assistant: Interactive platform guidance and navigational support.

We continually improve, update, add, or discontinue features without prior liability.

To access platform services, you must sign in securely using a verified Google account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials.

The Energy Currency: Platform operations consume "Energy" credits. Energy has no monetary cash value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and represents solely an operational usage quota for our services.

• Charged Strictly on Success: Energy is only deducted when an AI service successfully completes and delivers a result. If a service fails or errors during execution, exactly 0 Energy is charged.
• Daily Reset at 00:00 UTC: Every user's Energy allowance resets daily at midnight UTC (00:00 UTC) according to their active plan (Free: 150, Plus: 500, Pro: 1,000 Energy). Daily allowances do not roll over or stack.
• Membership Plans (No Auto-Renew): Paid Plus ($3) and Pro ($7) plans are one-time payments providing 30 days of elevated daily energy allowances. There are no recurring auto-billing subscriptions or surprises; accounts automatically revert to the Free tier after 30 days unless renewed manually.
• Refund Policy: Because platform memberships and energy allotments are provisioned immediately with computational AI processing costs, purchases are generally non-refundable once the plan is activated and Energy is utilized, except where required by mandatory local consumer protection statutes.

When utilizing Flash Services AI, you agree that you will NOT:

• Upload malicious code, viruses, malware, trojans, or exploit scripts.
• Upload copyrighted content, private source code, or personal data belonging to third parties without explicit authorization.
• Engage in automated scraping, denial of service (DoS) attacks, reverse-engineering, decompilation, or unauthorized vulnerability probing of our APIs or infrastructure.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, manipulate energy balances, or exploit device locks.
• Generate illegal material, hate speech, harassment, fraudulent claims, or automated spam.

Your Content & Deliverables: Flash Services AI claims no ownership rights over the input files, resumes, text, code, or repositories you submit. As between you and Flash Services AI, you retain full ownership of your inputs and the deliverables generated for you, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

Platform Property: The Flash Services AI platform, design, logo, ticket-styling, code, mascot ("Flashy"), trademarks, and visual identity are the exclusive property of Flash Services AI and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Our platform interfaces with reputable third-party technology providers (including Google Cloud/Gemini, Manus AI, GitHub, Gotenberg, and PayPal). We do not control and are not responsible for external third-party outages, rate limitations, API modifications, or policies enacted by these providers.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLASH SERVICES AI, ITS FOUNDERS, OPERATORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR HARDWARE ISSUES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50) OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO FLASH SERVICES AI IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS.

We reserve the right, without prior notice or liability, to suspend, ban, or terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these Terms, attempts fraud, abuses computational resources, or engages in harmful behavior toward the platform or others.

We may revise these Terms occasionally. Any updates will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
